Waiver

I, [Name], acknowledge that I am participating in an event organized by SLC Built Jeeps. I understand that there are inherent risks involved in off-roading and attending such events.

This Damage and Liability Waiver (“Waiver”) is entered into by the undersigned participant (“Participant”) in favor of SLC Built Jeeps, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, and representatives (collectively, “SLC Built Jeeps”).

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
   Participant understands that driving, operating, riding in, or being in proximity to off-road and modified vehicles, including but not limited to Jeeps built, modified, or sold by SLC Built Jeeps, involves inherent risks and dangers. These risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of vehicle damage, bodily injury, disability, or death. Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with such activities.
2. VEHICLE DAMAGE
   Participant acknowledges that SLC Built Jeeps is not responsible for any damage to any vehicle—whether owned by the Participant or a third party—arising out of the use, operation, testing, or demonstration of any vehicle built or modified by SLC Built Jeeps. This includes, but is not limited to, suspension, drivetrain, electrical, body, or structural components.
3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
   Participant hereby waives, releases, and discharges SLC Built Jeeps from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action for any damage to property or injury (including death) that may arise from the use or operation of any vehicle built, modified, or sold by SLC Built Jeeps, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
4. INDEMNIFICATION
   Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SLC Built Jeeps from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the Participant’s involvement with or use of SLC Built Jeeps vehicles or services.
5. NO WARRANTIES
   SLC Built Jeeps makes no express or implied warranties regarding the safety, performance, or suitability of its vehicles for any particular purpose or use.
6. GOVERNING LAW
   This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Waiver shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
7. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
   By signing below, Participant acknowledges that they have read and understand this Waiver, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily. Participant acknowledges that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law.
